Exploring
There's plenty to explore when on holiday on Turkey's Aegean coast. Visit Ephesus, home to the temple of Artemis, one of the ‘seven wonders of the world’ and a jewel of the ancient eastern Roman Empire. The wonderful, almost magical, mirage of white calcified waters and terraced rock formations created over a thousand years at Pamukkale are well worth a visit, whilst on holiday on Turkey's Aegean coast.

Beaches

Bodrum itself does not really have a beach but a 10 minute dolmus ride takes you to Gumbet or Turgutreis. Bitez has a small beach and bathing platform, lots of watersports and is about 30 minute from Bodrum. 140 beaches in Turkey received the Blue Flag award in 2003.
